t’s July, the Tour De France is over and that can only mean one thing: it’s time for the Great Yorkshire Show.
The show is held annually in Harrogate and can claim to be England’s premier agricultural event and one of the biggest in the United Kingdom. From cattle parades and stock judging, to machinery, food and rural crafts – there is undoubtedly something for everyone. A statement that certainly rings true as over three days around 135,000 people will descend on the show-ground to absorb everything rural. Here’s a little taster of the first day….
